A practice built for the life you are actually living.
Soul Therapy began with a simple idea: the practices we return to can change the way we move through our lives.
What started in the yoga room has grown into a practice of intention, repetition, reflection, and community.
Practice changes more than the hour you spend doing it.
Soul Therapy is a practice for living with intention.
Through movement, stillness, reflection, ritual, and community, we create opportunities to notice ourselves more clearly and return to what matters.
The goal is not to escape the changing circumstances of life. It is to develop a steadier relationship with yourself while moving through them.
Three things, held together.
A Practice
A consistent place to return to yourself through movement, meditation, reflection, and intentional living.
A Path
Seasonal themes and practices that create continuity over time. The work builds rather than constantly starting over.
A Place to Belong
A community where people are known, acknowledged, and encouraged to continue their practice.
The practice is repetition. The lesson is what repetition reveals.
None of this is about perfecting a pose or performing wellness correctly. It is about building practices steady enough that they change how you live once you leave the room.
- Intention
- You decide what you are practicing for before you begin. Everything else follows that.
- Repetition
- The same practice, returned to often enough that it stops being an event and becomes a rhythm.
- Self-awareness
- Noticing what you do under effort, under rest, and under discomfort — without narrating it as failure.
- Regulation
- Breath, stillness, and slow movement to help a braced system settle. Not a cure. A skill.
- Reflection
- Writing down one honest line, so a practice becomes something you can look back on.
- Compassion
- Meeting yourself the way you would meet someone you respect who is having a hard week.
- Community
- Practising near other people who are doing the same work, without comparison or ranking.
- Response
- The point of the practice: a little more room between what happens and what you do next.

Founded by Jessica Joseph
Jessica Joseph founded Soul Therapy after years of experiencing practice through athletics, movement, yoga, meditation, teaching, and community building.
Her earliest understanding of practice came through competitive athletics: returning to the same movements, the same training, and the same discipline long enough to discover what repetition could teach.
Yoga later gave that understanding a different language.
Soul Therapy grew from the belief that practice can become a place to work with the parts of ourselves that extend far beyond the physical body.
Today, Jessica's work brings together movement, reflection, ritual, storytelling, retreats, and community to help people build a practice they can continue returning to as their lives change.
We practice in seasons.
Each year at Soul Therapy begins with an intention. Each season gives us another way to explore it.
The themes create a shared thread across studio classes, independent practice, workshops, retreats, reflection, and community.
Receiving is not passive. It asks us to become available before we become certain.
