Teachers

Who you will practice with.

The teachers on the weekly Jersey City schedule.

Jessica Joseph
Founder and lead teacher

Jessica founded Soul Therapy after a decade of teaching movement and meditation in Jersey City. Her work is built on a simple premise: the practice belongs to the practitioner, and a person needs somewhere honest to return to.

Yasmin Obe
Yoga Teacher

A passionate runner and yogi, Yasmin embodies the synergy between movement and self-discovery. Her teaching style is intuitive, intentional, and deeply connected to the needs of her students. She believes yoga is both a discipline and a homecoming — a practice of returning to self with compassion and strength.
