Big Sky, Montana

Five days under the widest sky in the country. Movement at altitude, long hikes, hot springs, and nights with nothing on the schedule.

The invitation

What these days are for.

A four-night wellness experience in Montana designed around the idea of Belief, Soul Therapy's theme for 2027.

This retreat is about getting outside of the environments and routines that normally define us and experiencing what becomes possible when we enter somewhere bigger, quieter, and unfamiliar. Montana becomes part of the practice. Wide open landscapes, mountains, horses, long roads, early mornings, fires at night, and time outside create the setting for a retreat centered on adventure, connection, movement, and reflection.

Guests arrive in Montana and settle into a slower rhythm. Mornings begin with movement, yoga, or meditation followed by breakfast together. Days move between adventure and spaciousness, with experiences such as horseback riding, exploring Yellowstone, hiking, visiting a ranch or rodeo, and spending time in the landscape.

There is intentionally room between activities. This isn't meant to feel like a packed itinerary. There should be time for coffee in the morning, sitting outside, wandering, talking to someone you didn't know before the trip, taking a nap, watching the sunset, or simply being somewhere different. Evenings bring everyone back together for dinner, Yin, reflection, conversation, and time around the fire.
